Employee Payroll Options

After the first paycheck of the semester has been issued, there are a number of self-service options available through the payroll system. 

Visit the myColumbia Faculty and Staff page and select "View and/or Update Your Personal Data" under Resources > Personal Data > Payroll & Compensation. This will allow you to view and change the information on your W-4.

Please note that Faculty Affairs is unable to provide any guidance on tax forms. For questions on completing your tax forms, please contact your tax professional, or accountant, or visit the IRS website at https://www.irs.gov.

For questions on completing the NY State tax forms please visit the NY State website at https://www.tax.ny.gov/.n on your W-4.

Visit the myColumbia Faculty and Staff page and select "View and/or Update Your Personal Data" under Resources > Personal Data > Personal Details. This will allow you to view and change your address.

Visit the myColumbia Faculty and Staff page and select "Verify Employment" under Resources > Personal Data. This will direct you to an external website that Columbia uses to verify employment and income information.

Visit the myColumbia Faculty and Staff page and select "View and/or Update Your Personal Data" under Resources > Personal Data > Payroll & Compensation. This will allow you to view electronic pay stubs for your paychecks.

Visit the myColumbia Faculty and Staff page and select "View and/or Update Your Personal Data" under Resources > Personal Data > Payroll and Compensation. This will allow you to enroll for Direct Deposit.

Visit the myColumbia Faculty & Staff page and select "Uni & Passwords." This will take you to the "Manage my UNI" page, where you can activate your UNI or LionMail, change your password, or set up UNI mail forwarding.

Visit the Public Safety website and click the link under "Submit a Photo" in the Facuilty & Staff section. This will allow you to upload a photo in advance of your ID pickup at Kent Hall. Please note that this step must be completed in order to pick up your ID card.

Please be advised that if you previously had a Columbia ID card, a photo is already on file, and you won’t be able to upload a new one.
