The Academic Technology Solutions team works with instructional designers and a range of stakeholders at SPS to support academic and business challenges with strategic and innovative technology solutions. This team works remotely under the leadership of Michael Fleming, Senior Director of Online Support & Academic Technology.

The challenges addressed range from innovating the learning experience with technology, to improving quality assurance processes in the design and delivery of our courses, to developing data intelligence capacity, to facilitating career development initiatives with new tools and technology design strategies.
