Support for faculty and students at SPS is provided over the entire lifecycle of a course by two teams, each specialized in a specific set of support activities.
The Online Support Team
The Online Support Team is focused on providing faculty and staff with training, resources, and administrative support for Canvas and other course technologies, as well as on supporting faculty and students during synchronous online class sessions.
The Instructional Support Team
The Instructional Support Team collaborates with SPS faculty, program representatives, and administrators in various departments to provide a high-quality academic student experience.
