Employee Self-Service Options

After the first paycheck of the semester has been issued, there are a number of self-service options available through the payroll system. 

Visit the myColumbia Faculty and Staff page and select "View your Tax Information" under Self-Service. This will allow you to view and change the information on your W-4.

Visit the myColumbia Faculty and Staff page and select "View or Update Your Personal Information" under Self-Service. This will allow you to view and change your home address on file.

Visit the myColumbia Faculty and Staff page and select "Verify Your Employment at Columbia" under Self-Service. This will direct you to an external website that Columbia uses to verify employment and income information.

Visit the myColumbia Faculty and Staff page and select "View Your Paycheck" under Self-Service. This will allow you to view electronic pay stubs for your paychecks.

Visit the myColumbia Faculty and Staff page and select "View Your Direct Deposit Information" under Self-Service. This will allow you to view and change the account information used for direct deposit on future paychecks. Direct deposit can not be applied retroactively to a paycheck that has already been issued.

Visit the myColumbia Faculty and Staff page and select "View or Change Your Benefits Information" under Self-Service. This will allow you to contribute part of your earnings to the Voluntary Retirement Savings Program (VRSP) if you would like to do so.
