Lucas Higuera-Hidalgo

Lucas serves as Associate Director within SPS Instructional Support, providing operational and data-driven leadership for the team. His work focuses on service delivery, systems administration, and data-informed decision-making, including Zendesk management, metrics analysis, and application oversight. Lucas serves as a primary liaison to program administrators and SPS shared services, ensuring clear communication across academic and operational partners. He has led projects to expand and refit instructional and event spaces, supporting academic, co-curricular, and special programming. Lucas holds a BA in Art History and Visual Arts from Columbia University. A native of Chile and lifelong New Jersey resident, he enjoys tackling challenges with curiosity and working closely with colleagues across teams.
