Cali began her career at universities in Canada, where she developed a strong foundation in talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational strategy in a higher education context. There, she gained extensive experience in the higher education sector and a passion for fostering inclusive, dynamic work environments. She joined SPS in November of 2023, where she has continued to hone her skills, focusing on enhancing faculty onboarding and supporting their success across the academic year. With a deep commitment to supporting both individual and institutional growth, she brings a unique blend of international experience and dedication to supporting our faculty at SPS.
