Today the Innovation team released the 1.0 version of the Modular Technical Platform (MTP) for the Summer 2018 design cycle. We are building and packaging at least two full courses using the new platform, and after an interactive round of refinements will begin adding more courses to the tool in subsequent design cycles.
Some of the innovations offered by the MTP include:

All objectives from the program-level down to the individual activity-level will be fully mapped and aligned and reflected in the student-facing course structure

All pages, activities, and standard course components will be “modular” and can be assembled into unique structures by dragging and dropping into course maps

Course structure is automatically populated into a consistent look and feel based on the chosen order of the modular components
Congratulations to everybody that has been working to get this project to this stage, and kudos for being willing to completely disrupt the way that we are designing and building courses for the next generation of SPS students.
