Dominique Ursula Studer

Dominique Studer, Associate Director of Faculty Affairs, provides key project management support to the growing Faculty Affairs department. In this role, Dominique is responsible for developing and streamlining strategic and operational efficiencies around faculty engagement and retention, system administration, data analysis and visualization, and compliance. Previously, she was the Director of Recruitment & Admissions at Glasgow Caledonian New York College (GCNYC), one of the first foreign institutions to receive degree-granting authority in the United States. Dominique was responsible for outreach, recruitment, and admissions processes, ranging from the development and establishment of practices to the direct recruitment of students. Prior to that, Dominique spent close to four years on the Student Advising team at Columbia's School of Professional Studies as the Assistant Director of Student Advising. Dominique has a Bachelor's in Business Management from Marymount Manhattan College and a Master's in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia's School of Professional Studies. She has aspirations to pursue a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership & Development in the near future. Outside of work, Dominique loves to spend time outdoors with her rescue dog, Jaxon, as well as with family and close friends. Dominique is an avid adventurer and never passes up an opportunity to make new memories doing something exhilarating!
