Justin Peppars is an Educational Technologist at SPS and has a background and experience in the role of IT in education institutions and environments. He previously worked at West Hills College, California Polytechnic State University, and Brandon University (Canada). As a first-generation college graduate, Justin’s research and passion center around promoting accessibility and equity in Education. Policy Analysis of Voluntary Desegregation in the Bakersfield City School District was published in 2017.
Justin is a lifelong learner who enjoys reading and traveling. As a soldier, he was selected as a U.S. Army Green to Gold Scholar attaining degrees in French (B.A.), International Relations (M.A.), and Education (Ed.D). He is currently pursuing a JD. When not working, his life is consumed with writing, hanging out in libraries, and spending time with his 5 children.
